Leadership Programme starts soon!

2023 we start with another programme that fully focuses on students professional and personal growth - Leadership Programme.

This course combines on the job practical training as a leader with theoretical practice through videos, role plays, presentations, activities, business games, case studies, group discussions and reflection.

Learning outcomes: Upon completion of this course the participants will be able to:

• Define the attributes, roles and responsibilities of a leader

• List the characteristics of a leader

• Describe the impact of an effective leader and an ineffective leader

• List the challenges of a leader

• Gain awareness of personal leadership competencies

• Increase level of leadership skills
