2023 we start with another programme that fully focuses on students professional and personal growth - Leadership Programme.
This course combines on the job practical training as a leader with theoretical practice through videos, role plays, presentations, activities, business games, case studies, group discussions and reflection.
Learning outcomes: Upon completion of this course the participants will be able to:
Define the attributes, roles and responsibilities of a leader
List the characteristics of a leader
Describe the impact of an effective leader and an ineffective leader
List the challenges of a leader
Gain awareness of personal leadership competencies
Increase level of leadership skills
