Pastry Workshop

Our recent pastry workshop was a resounding success, leaving both participants and instructors thrilled with the outcomes. The final pastry creations were visually stunning and showcased the students' new skills in preparing the perfect dough. This workshop is a part of our Culinary Arts & International Cuisine curriculum, providing essential hands-on experience and deepening the students' understanding of pastry arts.

Highlights of the Workshop

The workshop was designed to offer comprehensive training in various aspects of pastry making. Under the expert guidance of our seasoned pastry chefs, students learned:

The students’ final products ranged from classic sponge cakes to tarts with Chocolate and Orange Ganache or cream, each reflecting the meticulous attention to detail and artistic flair fostered during the workshop.
