- Workshops: Work Ethics, Personal Branding, Understanding Rules in Switzerland, etc. 

- Sessions with Industry leaders: ITN,
- Planned Campus Interviews with Partners we work with.
- Planned Internship Interviews with Hotels when we visit during the Career Centre field trips

- Interview mockups at the college, during the Leadership Programme
