Diploma in Hospitality
Management

Our Diploma in Hospitality Management is equivalent to a bachelor's second year of studies. Students learn the general accepted level of hospitality operations in this programme. Students perform hands-on training along with the supervisory theory studies in this program.

In this level of studies, students perform general orientations from departmental/specific job orientations and practice the socialization process that supports them to get acquainted with the global hospitality attributes.

Our Diploma programme is for one year which includes six months of theory studies and six months of internship. The internship is an integral part of the entire programme. Our career centre office guarantee support for internship.

Basic German (Level 2) is taught as a secondary language in this programme. The medium of instruction is English.

  1. Hotel and catering law

  2. Accounting and cost control

  3. Managing technology in the hospitality industry

  4. Commercial food sources and costs

  5. Marketing in hospitality and tourism

  6. Hospitality Management

  7. Personality Development

  8. Basic German (Level 2)

Admission requirements

  • Students must be minimum of 18 years of age to enrol in this program

  • English language efficiency at IELTS overall academic level 5.5 or equivalent.

  • Must have completed SEC Certificate program or equivalent (generally first year of bachelor studies from a recognized institution)

  • Strong motivation toward the hospitality education

  • Pass our admission interview with an admission officer

  • Students must have a genuine financial guarantor
